I received my early training in Organizational Development (OD) with the global consulting firm Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) where I worked with Fortune 500 clients in the Communications and High Technology market space. I also attribute my extensive leadership training, development, and practical application of OD work with teams and boards to years of volunteer service with numerous community, civic, government, and nonprofit boards, committees, and task forces.
Prior to joining Accenture, I spent five years as a lawyer, facilitator and project manager in the government and non-profit sectors where my work focus was juvenile justice, education/training and community relations. During that time, I piloted an At-Risk Youth program as a staff attorney for King County Juvenile Court, and rebuilt the law-related education program at the Washington State Bar Association as the Manager of Public Legal Education.
Recent client work in coaching, organization development, and change management includes: professional and personal developmental coaching with individuals and small business owners; consulting and coaching with educational institutions; and consulting in the telecommunications, wireless, and high technology industries.
